About Prior Route
Prior Route is a free editorial research and decision-tool site for people comparing ways to hire, pay and operate across borders. It is operated under the Prior Route brand by Shenzhen Tuohaiqihang Co., Ltd.
The operator has also supplied the Chinese company name 深圳拓海科技有限公司. The English and Chinese names have not been independently checked against the business licence. The registered address, Unified Social Credit Code and legal representative are not published because they have not been supplied for verification. No checkout or paid service is available.
What we publish
- country and route explainers built around a specific operating question;
- comparisons of entity, employer-of-record, contractor and assignment routes;
- provider profiles that separate a provider’s own claims from independent conclusions; and
- a free route-check tool that shows which facts change the analysis.
The route check is a screening aid, not a recommendation. Its answers are processed in your browser and are not sent to Prior Route.
How the work is made
AI may assist with research organisation, translation and drafting. The operator remains responsible for deciding what is published. AI assistance is never described as human fact-checking, professional review or first-hand experience. A page that has not cleared its stated review gate remains outside search indexing.
Prior Route currently has no delivery team and no panel of lawyers, tax advisers or accountants. Where professional review has not occurred, the page says so. For our sourcing and status rules, see Methodology.
What this site is not
Prior Route is not a law firm, tax practice, accounting firm, employer of record, payroll bureau, immigration adviser or company-formation agent. Nothing on the site is personalised legal, tax, employment, immigration or accounting advice. Reading a page or using a tool does not create a professional or client relationship.
How the site may be funded
There is currently no advertising, affiliate programme, referral arrangement, sponsored placement or paid product on the site. The intended model is a mix of clearly labelled affiliate links, advertising and direct sponsorship. Commercial relationships will not be allowed to buy a ranking, rating or editorial conclusion.
