These terms apply to the free Prior Route website, its editorial pages and its browser-based tools. By using the site, you agree to use it only for lawful research and planning.
Operator and current offer
Prior Route is operated under the Prior Route brand by Shenzhen Tuohaiqihang Co., Ltd. The operator has also supplied the Chinese company name 深圳拓海科技有限公司; the names have not been independently checked against the business licence. The registered address, Unified Social Credit Code and legal representative have not been supplied for publication.
There is no paid product, checkout, subscription, advisory engagement or service-delivery promise on this website. These terms do not govern a purchase. They must be replaced or supplemented before any paid service, lead-sale arrangement or other transaction is offered.
Information, not professional advice
Content and tool results are general information. They are not personalised legal, tax, employment, immigration, payroll or accounting advice and do not create a professional or client relationship. Do not use the site as the sole basis for hiring, classification, entity, tax, immigration or compliance decisions.
Rules, prices and provider offerings change. We try to state sources, dates, assumptions and open questions, but we do not promise that every page is complete, current or suitable for your facts. Check material decisions with the relevant authority and a qualified professional.
Route-check tool
The route check applies fixed screening rules to answers in your browser. It does not send those answers to Prior Route, store a case or recommend a route. A “candidate” or similar status means only that the fixed rules did not rule out that route; it does not mean the arrangement is lawful, available or best.
Provider and external links
Provider profiles may summarise claims from provider-owned pages. Confirm availability, price, scope, renewal and exit terms in the provider’s current contract. External sites are controlled by their owners and have their own terms and privacy practices.
There are currently no commission-earning links. Future affiliate, advertising or sponsorship relationships will be governed by Commercial disclosures.
Permitted use
You may read, link to and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not interfere with the site, bypass security controls, present its output as a professional opinion, or republish a substantial part of the site as your own product or database.
