Five Employer of Record providers, read from their own current pricing and product pages. We separate the published service fee from total employment cost, keep contract questions visible, and do not declare a universal winner.
Figures are the providers’ own public EOR service fees on the verification date. They exclude salary and can exclude statutory employer costs, benefits, deposits, FX, implementation or country-specific add-ons.
Deel publishes a starting EOR service fee of $599 per employee per month and says its EOR product covers 130+ countries. Its public catalogue also spans contractors, Contractor of Record, US PEO and global payroll, which may reduce tool changes when a team uses more than one worker model.
Remote publishes a standard EOR price of $699 per employee per month and states coverage in 90+ countries. Its pricing page says EOR has no platform, onboarding or setup fee, no employee minimum and no upfront deposit; those are useful commercial facts to verify in the final order form.
Multiplier publishes Core EOR pricing from $459 per employee per month when billed annually and $499 when billed monthly. Its pricing page also shows a Growth tier and says some supported locations have adjusted pricing, so the lowest number should not be carried into a country budget without a quote.
Provider-stated coverage
160+ countries (provider-stated workforce coverage)
Oyster publishes EOR pricing of $699 per employee per month and states compliant employment coverage in 120+ countries. Its public pricing also identifies several terms that can materially affect cash flow: a refundable deposit for EOR team members, an FX fee when payment currency differs from contract currency, and discounted annual seats.
Papaya Global publishes EOR pricing from $499 per employee per month and states hiring coverage in 180+ countries. Its public positioning joins EOR with payroll, payments, contractor products, integrations and workforce reporting, making it relevant to buyers evaluating a broader workforce operating layer rather than one isolated hire.
A provider shortlist starts after the route decision.
Confirm EOR is a candidate.Compare it with an entity, direct employment, contractor or secondment against the actual work pattern and time horizon.
Give every provider the same scenario.Same country, salary, start date, benefits, contract duration, funding currency and likely exit.
Rebuild the full invoice.Separate platform fee, employer charges, benefits, deposit, FX, implementation, special support and termination assumptions.
Contract for the hard parts.Employing entity, payroll cutoff, error correction, data export, escalation, offboarding and liability matter after the demo ends.
What this directory does not claim
Provider websites are primary sources for their own published prices and product claims, but they are not independent evidence of service quality. Prior Route has not purchased a production EOR engagement from these providers for this review. Customer support, payroll accuracy and country operations therefore remain evaluation items, not scored facts.
