Deel

Deel publishes a starting EOR service fee of $599 per employee per month and says its EOR product covers 130+ countries. Its public catalogue also spans contractors, Contractor of Record, US PEO and global payroll, which may reduce tool changes when a team uses more than one worker model.

The broad product set is the clearest fact visible before a sales call. It is not proof that Deel is the best operator in a particular country. The decision still turns on the local employing entity, the exact quote, benefits, funding and exit terms for the hire you plan to make.

What the public price does—and does not—tell you

Deel says the EOR fee covers onboarding, local compliance, payroll and tax filings, benefits administration, and ongoing HR/legal support. Verify the country-specific meaning of each item in the order form.

The number here is the provider’s published EOR service fee, not total employment cost. Salary, statutory employer charges, benefits, deposits, FX, special support and termination costs must be modelled separately.

May fit

These are shortlist conditions, not a recommendation or rank.

  • Teams that expect to manage employees and contractors in one system.
  • Buyers who want a public starting price before requesting a country quote.
  • Companies that may later combine EOR with owned-entity payroll or US PEO.

Inspect before shortlisting

  • The $599 figure is a starting service fee, not the employee’s total cost of employment.
  • Confirm which Deel entity would employ the worker and which services are delivered through partners in the target country.
  • Ask for benefits, statutory employer costs, deposits, funding deadlines, FX treatment and termination support as separate line items.
RFP / RFQ

Require written answers in the quote

  1. What is the complete monthly invoice at this salary, country and benefit level?
  2. Which charges can change after signature, and what notice applies?
  3. What happens to payroll, documents and employee data if we move to our own entity?
