Questions before you start

Is the invitation letter really free?
Yes, every letter type. You only sign in to download, and you can rebuild it as often as you need.
Which letters can it write?
A Canada super visa letter for parents and grandparents, with the minimum income check; a Canada visitor visa letter; and a U.S. B-2 visitor visa letter.
What information should I prepare?
Gather the host and visitor names, their relationship, the planned visit dates, addresses and who will cover expenses. For a super visa, also prepare the household size and income information used for the income check. Review every detail before printing and signing.
Do I need to submit the letter myself?
Yes. Download and review the letter, sign it, and provide it to the visitor for their application. The tool does not submit an application or contact a visa office. Follow the current document instructions for the visa and country.
Can I change the letter later?
You can return to the wizard in the same browser, edit your answers and generate a new copy. Your local draft is not a backup: clearing browser data or using another device can remove access to it.
Does the letter guarantee a visa?
No. The officer also looks at the applicant’s ties at home, finances and the purpose of the trip. A U.S. B-2 application does not require an invitation letter at all.
