Terms for form tools

CrossBorder Forms is operated by Zebra Nine Studio Inc., Canada. These terms apply to the self-preparation tools and packets. The separate Prior Route terms cover its hiring research and route check.

The service

The tools provide general information, help organise answers and generate documents for you to review. They do not submit a filing on your behalf or provide personalised tax, legal or immigration advice. We are not affiliated with IRS, FinCEN, USCIS, CRA or IRCC. You are responsible for checking the current official instructions, your answers and the final documents, and for signing and submitting where needed.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your account credentials private and use the service lawfully. Do not upload material without the necessary rights or interfere with the service. Contact support@cicadas.ai for account questions or requests.

Purchases and refunds

The selected product and checkout show the price and what is included. Paid packets are one-time purchases unless the checkout states otherwise. If a packet is unusable, request a refund within 7 days of purchase as described in the refund policy. Applicable consumer rights are not limited by these terms.

Availability

Rules and forms can change, and the tools may not support every situation. Review output before relying on it and consult a qualified professional where appropriate. We may correct or update the service. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
