Privacy policy for form tools

CrossBorder Forms is operated by Zebra Nine Studio Inc. in Canada. For privacy questions or requests, email support@cicadas.ai. Please do not email identification numbers or payment-card details.

Information used by the service

An account uses your name, email address and authentication information. The service keeps records such as orders, payment status, credits and task status. Our payment provider processes card details; we do not store full card numbers.

Form drafts are kept in your browser. When you request a packet, the answers needed to generate it are sent to the server and the PDF is returned to you. The Form 3520 packet endpoint does not store the submitted form body. Clearing browser data or switching devices can remove access to a local draft; download your own copy.

If you choose receipt scanning or document translation, the image and information needed for the request are sent to the configured AI provider. The application records task metadata such as type and status. The provider's own data handling terms also apply. Do not upload information you do not wish to send for processing.

Service providers and security

Hosting, database, authentication, payment, email and AI providers may process information as needed to deliver features you use. Cookies and browser storage support sign-in and local drafts. We use access controls and encrypted connections, but no system is risk-free.

Requests and retention

You can request access, correction or deletion by emailing us. Applicable law and operational needs may require some account, transaction or security records to be retained. Clearing browser data removes local drafts but does not by itself delete your account or server records. We will update this notice when the service or its providers change.
